I haven’t used this yet—but the company was very fast. I ordered it right before my other one ran out so I was ready. However, the other people who bought said they work fine, so I’m not worried.

After a lot of research, I decided to order this OEM product. Dont have any complaints so far. The quality is as good as the original one that came with the printer. No problems with shipping, handling and installing. Only inconvenience was that there was no instructions and I had to go online to search for instructions on how to install.

This is first time to use non-original toner. I hoped I had a equal quality product. But it is not. The ink spread and the printed papers looks unclear.

I can’t tell the difference between the toner cartridge that came with my printer vs. this generic brand. So far it is printing great and I have no problem with it. I give it a five star because it is comparable to the brand name toner, but half the price.

Unfortunately I didn’t read the product title/description carefully, noticing the Samsung but not the “compatible” part. This is NOT a Samsung cartridge. It will fit your Samsung printer but the print quality leaves a powdery mess, which is fine if you don’t care about the print quality but if you do (for business or school), resist the lower price of this cartridge and pay for a real Samsung cartridge (or at least one that prints cleanly).
