In April, I signed my contract with At&t, i’m now awaiting delivery of my 6TH PHONE!!!! 2ND W580I!!!! Customer Service is a complete and total joke and will be of no help whatsoever. I recevied my W580i yesterday to replace the previous 4 LG CU400′s! The slot where the sim card goes will not actually hold the card unless you take it to a At&T mobile store, where they jam the card in so far it is impossible to remove. The memory card slot on the top of the phone does not actually hold the memory card unless you hold down on it, even then it’s a crapshoot as to wether or not your phone will be able to access pictures and or ringtones. The memorycard will say that it has no more memory on it with only 120 contacts listed. After this contract is done, i will be forever done with At&t and will be going back to Sprint, where i had no problems.

This phone is realy bad, I just got the phone, and Had too many problem with rebooting and disconnecting.
Amazon Customer serveice with bad too, the only answer I got from them is cancel the order.

Really like the phone! But… you really need an unlimited data package (which I don’t want to buy) if you want to use any of it’s cool features – like the music.

Believe me don’t take a new connection or renew your phone connection on AMAZON site.
I am a customer of AT&T, I renewed my phone connection with AMAZON.COM,
The cell phone which they delivered(I ordered Sony Ericsson w580i) has battery used running out charging very quickly, I couldn’t even talk 15 min. continuously over the phone without connecting battery.
I filed a complaint they send me a new phone of same type. Now I have multiple problems with the new phone. The phone is hanging up suddenly, I have problem with flip, it not catching signal properly where I am loosing lot of calls and I am directly getting voice messages, the battery is not lasting for one full day.
Are they playing tricks with the customers by sending them defected gadgets.
The most interesting part comes here.
When I call customer service of AMAZON it was a big horrible hell. I don’t know why they are so insensitive to their customer problems, they are deaf and dumb. I tried hell lot of times to fix my problem but they never really cared about it. I wonder how AMAZON able to grow biggest online store with this kind of cheap customer service?
So guys I advise you think twice before you order anything on AMAZON.COM
