This is a awsome phone!! It is like a cell phone and a ipod put together.

If you want to download more than two songs, you have to buy a 1GB chip.

1GB can hold 10,000 songs and pictures. You can also buy a 2GB chip witch holds 20,000 songs and pictures!!! That is a lot of songs!!

    It is a perfect phone.

I see why this phone is “free” because it is not really functional as a phone! This phone is so light and flimsy, I was afraid to carry it in my purse. The battery cover seems like it is cover to crack off. The buttons are small and difficult to push, unless you have styli-type nails. I never used the MP3 option, but my assumption is that that is what the true appeal to this “phone” is. As a phone, I would say it does not make the grade, other then that fact, I hear the callers very well. As a MP3 player, I suspect it is great only because it is a terrible phone functionally (what other function could this blob of plastic serve?).

  3. This phone’s technology is better than the blackberry and the other free phones. The problem I have had with it, and so have three of my friends that ended up with the same phone, is that if you drop it anywhere a piece breaks off. I have the copper and black one and the copper edging of the phone on the two sides came off the first time i dropped it. and i dropped it on carpet! the backing to the battery is so loose anytime someone drops it, the battery comes out. now everyone i know with this phone has the flip part of their phone breaking. the plasic is so thin on this phone is might as well be glass. i currently have this phone duct taped in three places and it will have to stay there for another two years til the three year contract is up so i can get a new phone. i hated this phone.

True the w350 is not the best phone ever but honestly it was never meant to be if you want a better phone sony does make better ones. I am personally confused on how people say the flip part breaks my job includes crawling through crawl spaces and attics (HVAC Installer). And this phone is fine if you exercise some common sense. 1 PUT A SCREEN PROTECTOR ON IT! And 2 face the screen towards your leg in your pocket. I think part of the problem is people are brain washed into thinking you should be able to drop your phone numerous times a day and still be able to use it. So yeah this phone is not the best but it you look for flaws in everything your going to find them. Just my 2 cents.

  5. I got this phone as a free upgrade. It is so small! I have small hands but these buttons were even too small for me. Definitely not a good phone for someone with bigger hands. The flip cover is very flimsy. Mine broke off in about a month. To listen to music you have to buy special ear buds, it was not even worht it. I was not at all impressed with this phone. After it broke I went back to using my Motorola Razor.
