the phone is definatly a step or 10 above the rest of the land line phones i am used to. the only real concern i have with it is that the ringer, or any external function in regards to speaker, sounds, just are not very loud. but in regards to quality, it is absolutely static or interference free it is an excellent phone, although amazon leaves a person wanting in service, they sent me computer generated messages that gave me wrong delivery dates which prompted me to contact the seller and almost cancel the order, the seller guaranteed me that amazon was wrong, and they were, almost as soon as i hung up my phone ups was at my door with my phone, amazon continues to disappoint.

Very pleased with the phone Mostly because the bluetooth works with my siemen pure 500 hearing aids. It took a little patience connecting them. but when figured out it was no problem..

its a good phone feature wise and price wise the numeric buttons are not the most responsive and the metallic and screen does show scratches but as for sound quality and features worth the money blue tooth synched well also
