okay i called samsung for repair and i could not understand a word the girl was saying.
well anyways do i have to send them my camera in a box or do they sne me the box?
please explain the process…
and how long will it take because i need it before may 21st

    They want you to double pack the camera .. first place your camera in the original packaging the camera came in and then put that in second box with a lot of good packing around it.

    Be SURE to have the RMA listed on the outside of the box and a slip of paper inside with your name, address, phone number and RMA
