Did not work at all. Immediately came loose on wall. When utilizing feature to hold TV away from wall in order to plug in HDMI and other video etc…..top mounts, which hold cable, damaged the back of the TV.

I GOT MOUNT 2 WEEKS BEFORE GETTING TV IT WAS HARD TO UNDERSTAND THE INSTRUCTIONS. THEY ARE FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS INSTALLED THIS ITEM BEFORE.
YOU NEED TV & MOUNT BEFORE YOU CAN PICK THE RIGHT SPOT/LOCATION ON WALL TO MOUNT & CUT HOLES IN WALL FOR WIRES. AFTER I GOT TV & IT STILL TOOK LONG TIME TO UNDERSTAND WHERE & HOW TO MOUNT THE TV MOUNT. BUT IS A VERY VERY SUPER PRICE.IT IS BEST TO MAKE A TEMPLATE FROM TV BOX TO FIND WHERE TO DRILL MOUNTING HOLES.

Amazon at least sales this at a decent price, but disappointed that Samsung price gouges at suggested retail. This is so simple, no real innovation here. It is a glorified hanger, nothing more. I guess it would be worth it for a real heavy TV, but I am using it on a light LED. What can I say? Wanted a tight fit against the wall? Samsung knows this. I bet there is no more than $15 in hardware production cost in materials with this. This is not hard to install, you can put it into sheetrock without hitting a stud. It holds. Really. But, pay attention to the model numbers to make sure it works for you.

First of all the price here on Amazon for this item is fantastic. I got 2 for the price of 1.
Installing and mounting this mount was pretty easy. Watching the YouTube video helps a lot before you do this.
Samsung included 3 of the wallboard mounts which was nice since i heard some people complain that they would lose 1 and then could not mount the TV.
You should note the thickness of the sheet rock you have. The instructions say that you can use the included plasterboard anchors with 1/2 sheet rock for both holes. However if you have 3/8 sheet rock then you need to mount one of the holes to a wood stud and the other can use the anchor. For me this would not have worked as the TV would not have been centered on the wall, so I am glad my house had the correct sheet rock.
The only complaint that I have is that the instructions are really poor with tiny diagrams and practically no text, just pictures.
Also, for some reason my 46 inch LED does not lie totally flat against the wall. This is either because my sheetrock is not totally flat across the TV or the TV itself has some small change in flatness across. So what happens is that one of the 4 round mounts on the TV does not touch the wall, it’s a few MM raised from it.
