I bought this cable modem and returned it shortly thereafter. It was horrible! It always dropped a signal and was not reliable at all! I returned it for a Linksys modem, which works wonderfully! Don’t waste your time or money on this product.

I ordered this modem for a nice 40% off and expected it to come within 3-5 days – the next day, the seller canceled my order for no given reason then raised the price! I’ll pay extra from another vendor not to have this happen again – bad customer service.

Modem worked great, but it required a call to Comcast to provision it. They don’t care about any thing else except what they get paid for. So after provision it still didn’t work, but they dumped me and said their part worked. They had told me to reset my wireless router and that was the problem. I had to re-set that up. Then all was well.

Purchased because it was on comcast’s list of approved modems. When they came for installation the technician had no problem getting it set up and running and I haven’t had a problem since.

Love it. Was extremely easy to get going. Just plugged it in and ran the self-installer my ISP provided me with. Quick connection and it does exactly what it’s supposed to. Good quality for the price. Also love that it’s vertical, so it doesn’t take up a lot of room on my desk.
