depends the droid has magnets that line up with the charger so it puts the droid in that mode but i think you can put it in that mode if you just put magnets on the back or somewhere in the settings

I think this stand thingy has magnets, which the droid notices and the screen gets like that..

Hey, I just came across this site that is supposedly giving away a number of Droids, ofcourse the chance of getting one is small since there must be tons of people signing up for this, but anyway, I signed up and I’m hoping to be one of the lucky ones. It’s free and takes like 30 seconds so I thought why not. My brother even joined the contest and he already owns a Droid .

As of now the droid will NOT be going to the AT&T network. It probably has something to due with the competition with the iPhone.
