I switched to AT&T from T-mobile a couple months back (a big mistake). I have experienced a hellish experience with AT&T services. Be prepared to spend a lot of time with AT&T customer service if you decide to use their service.
As for Amazon, I have no complains.

Its 2009 and what LG calls as smart phone can’t sync with outlook. My Nokia phone in 2000 could sync with outlook.
After buying data cable and software, I realized that LG doesn’t support Xenon for outlook sync. I have wasted multiple hours on internet to find that despite all the workarounds posted you can’t really sync the phone with outlook. Mine is going back.
BTW other than that:
Battery life is miserable.
Touch is un predictable
Phone hangs every now and then..

The xenon is the best phone I ever had. This phone is great to text with, it’s so easy! It has a touch screen and a keyboard so if you don’t like touching the screen to type or text you can just slide out the keyboard. The buttons on the keyboard are big enough to use, but not weird like phones I’ve had in the past. It comes in black, blue, red, or silver. There are many shortcuts on the phone like a favorite home page where you can put your favorite applications and a favorite friends home page where you can put your best friend’s phone numbers as a shortcut. Also, on the main home page is a box with short cuts to viewing pictures, a to do list, a calendar, a music player, a world clock, and a regular clock. One reason this phone is so amazing is that it has a very large screen. Pictures are easier to view on this large screen rather than phones with a tiny one. It’s also useful because all the applications can be larger and so can the font so it is easy to read. Even though the phone is larger, it can still easily fit in your pocket, which is nice. Another reason why people should buy this phone is because it’s not easily broken. I’ve dropped it so many times, from the top of my dad’s truck to the driveway, down stairs, and I even accidentally threw it at the wall and it still works perfect. Thirdly, this phone is an excellent phone to get because it has so many shortcuts. On the home page is a bar to the side with shortcuts I use all the time like texting, the phone book, and calling someone. These shortcuts are very helpful because all I have to do is select it and use it instead of finding it in the menu. As you can see, this phone is one of the best phones you can get because it has a touch screen and a keyboard, it has helpful shortcuts, and has a big screen, but can still easily fit in your pocket. I recommend that you buy the LG xenon because you will definitely love it.

This phone lasted less than two months before the screen cracked. It will crack if you drop it or put in in your pants pocket according to the AT&T tech support person who looked at the phone and said the warranty was void. Then all of the nice features are inaccessible and you have 22 months to go on your contract. That’s a nice feature, isn’t it. If you like the phone, keep it securely wrapped and boxed at all times and it will last much longer. Not recommended if you want to have a portable communications device to send texts or make calls. Highly recommended for people who’ve never dropped their cell phone and who don’t wear pants.

I was upgrading phone and got this, but returned really fast. If you need great touchscreen phone just get a Iphone-no question about it.
LG Xenon:
-looks ok but feels cheap (light plastic like a toy, I don’t think it would survive few drops),
-a lot of static noise while on speaker,
-touchscreen works bad, I needed to hit some option 2-3 times before it worked (in Alarm and Ringtone section was really bad),
-keyboard is bad, easy to hit email and got connected to internet while texting,
-menu is boring,
-really bad quality pictures.
Maybe there is even more problems but I returned it and don’t recommend it. I went with black/red LG CF360 (slider), which has similar menu, but is more sturdy yet slick looking. Overall I found out that LG phones are not the greatest, they really have to improve their menu and some options (f.e. when phone is off the alarm won’t go in the morning like with my old Nokia, which is ridiculous, but there’s no slick looking no touchscreen phones at AT&T right now).
