I have a Nokia 3500c.
I recorded some videos which i was planning to share with some friends, but when i played the videos (using VLC media player) there was no sound, just video.
I used Nokia PC suite to transfer the videos, and when i right clicked on the video menu (on PC suite) and selected ‘Play’ the video played with audio just fine.
what do i do?
Phoenix, I’ve had problems with the Nokia PC Suite software too, as has one of my (IT Engineer) Sons! Eventually, I managed to sort these issues out with the help of the technicians at Nokia’s Customer Help service. There’s an online questionnaire you can find and send to them on their website. They came back within 24 hours with the answers I needed.They do need very precise information though, to be able to help you quickly!
