How do websites like cellular1stop.com and wirefly offer free activation and free phones? You cannot get that pricing directly from the carrier!

I Bought a Blackberry 9700 from you thinking I got a great buy, however the phone was not Free. I was told that I didnot know. My main line and # which I did,by contacting At and t. The phone still cost me $ 129.00 Buyer beware. I think I was misslead. I have been with Att for 8 years and I know my plan and lines I have. Thanks JS.
